In association with InterNACHI, we offer the home buyer, InterNACHI's “We'll Buy Your Home”  buyback program. Home buyers who have their inspection completed Home Inspector M.D. (inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors® as per InterNACHI's qualifications) are eligible for the program. 

The program is honoured for 90 days after your closing date and if InterNACHI “determines that the inspector missed a covered item which is something he/she should have identified and reported, InterNACHI® will buy your home back, subject to these program terms and conditions.” — InterNACHI®.

Please note that this program does not replace insurance and is not an insurance product. The program does not cover material defects not present at the time of inspection and InterNACHI's Standard of Practice (SOP).
