Mississauga Home Demand Decline?!!

According to Mississauga.com, home prices in the city have dropped 2.7% this year. Sales of homes are down 8.6% but there were more active listings by the end of August. So, more people are selling, but with fewer buyers, sellers are forced to cut prices due to less bidders. 

The more expensive detached homes seem to be the reason for the downfall, while less expensive semi-detached and townhouses were slightly up.
