Home Inspection Red Flags: False Receptacles

A recent home inspection revealed something different. Older homes may only have ungrounded 2-slot outlets, but something we found was actually dangerous. Someone replaced the 2-slot receptacles with grounded ones, but they didn't actually include a ground wire.
